Newsletter: Term 2, Week 3
From the Acting Principal's Desk:
Dear Families,
Thank you to everyone who has made me so welcome this week. It has been a joy to begin to get to know your school community and I look forward to meeting more of you over the coming weeks.
As communicated to you last week, due to some prior commitments, I will only be available to be at St Augustine’s up to three days each week.
At this stage, my planned time in the school from next week will be as follows:
Week 4 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Week 5 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Week 6 - Monday, Tuesday (only available 2 days this week due to my son's wedding)
Week 7 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Week 8 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Week 9 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Mother’s and Special Women Liturgy and Morning Tea
Thank you to all the Mums and Special Women who were able to attend the liturgy and morning tea this morning. We hope you all have a special day with your families on Sunday. I apologise that I was unable to attend.
Sacramental Program
There will be 2 more Confirmation group sessions, May 16th and May 23rd in the Hall at 5.30pm before the celebration of Confirmation at 9.00am on May 28th.
Homework and Reading Information Session
All families (parents/carers and children) are invited to an information session on St Augustine's approach to reading and homework, to be held in our school hall on Wednesday 17th May at 3.30pm. Please RSVP via Seesaw or email to Angelique by Monday 15th May.
